Eric Lizama

Managing Principal

As the founder and Managing Principal of AeroWinds Capital,
Eric Lizama brings a unique blend of military precision, strategic leadership, and a passion for real estate to the world of commercial investment.

Eric's journey began as a military policeman, and over the course of his distinguished military career, he rose to become a combat-tested
AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot. Serving as an Army aviation officer, he led
exceptional soldiers on a global scale, orchestrated large-scale operations,
and managed multi-million dollar budgets with precision and diligence.

Transitioning seamlessly from his military career, Eric has translated his operational expertise into the multifamily real estate sector. Actively involved in residential real estate investments since 2016, he has
successfully expanded his portfolio to include commercial real estate,
specifically focusing on the acquisition of apartment complexes.

At AeroWinds Capital, Eric is on a mission to provide investors with substantial returns by acquiring and efficiently managing apartment complexes. His strategic approach is driven by a passion for effective asset management, and he actively seeks strategic partnerships in
apartment syndications to further enhance the company's success.

A proud native of the beautiful island of Guam, Eric currently calls Pensacola, Florida home. Here, he resides with his wife and two children, balancing the demands of entrepreneurship with a commitment to family.

Chris De Celle

Strategic Partner

Chris De Celle is the Director of Capital Markets at Discover Multifamily where he is closely involved in all aspects of raising capital and marketing. Chris has raised millions of dollars and has invested in multiple multifamily deals as both a General and Limited partner across Texas, Georgia, and Florida. He brings a breadth of experience in construction, project management, and capital raising.

Before Discover Multifamily, he worked in the world of television and is a Multiple Emmy Award Winner as a Producer and Director. Chris has worked on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, NBC Studios, Olympics, NFL, NBA, MLB, and the Golf Channel. He has produced for the Oscars, Emmys, and Golden Globes. De Celle is the founder and CEO of 3D HD Gear which has supplied professional video, audio, fiber systems, and computer networking.

He’s now focused on executing Discover Multifamily's investor relations strategy to build relationships with both current and new equity partners.

Mr. De Celle is a proud graduate of Emerson College with a degree in Communications. Chris grew up in Saugerties, NY as the tenth of twelve children and currently resides in Los Angeles and San Diego.
